All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope changes requested after a quote has been issued.

Financing

Financing services offered through Presidio Custom Kennels are provided by Centra Funding, an independent third-party lender. Presidio Custom Kennels is not a lender and makes no representations regarding approval, rates, or terms. All financing decisions are made solely by Centra Funding. By clicking through to the financing application you agree to be subject to Centra Funding’s terms and conditions.

Product Customization & Colors

Product colors shown on this website are representations only. Actual powder-coat colors and finishes may vary slightly from digital renderings and photographs due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and manufacturing variation. Final color selections are confirmed in writing during the design consultation process.

Installation

Presidio Custom Kennels provides nationwide concierge installation services. Installation is performed by Presidio’s team in coordination with the client, general contractor, and applicable local building requirements. The client is responsible for ensuring the facility is ready for installation on the agreed date including completed flooring, drainage, electrical, and plumbing where applicable. Delays caused by facility unreadiness may result in rescheduling fees.

Warranty

Presidio Custom Kennels stands behind the quality of its products. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing as part of your project agreement. This website does not constitute a warranty of any kind. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Presidio Custom Kennels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, reliance on any information provided herein, or any products or services purchased from us beyond the value of the specific product or service in question.
