Every panel, gate, and door is welded to your exact floor plan. Ceiling height, wall length, floor slope, drainage placement , all of it gets measured first, so that your kennels get built around your space, and don't leave any gaps or empty space, not the other way around.

Custom dog kennels typically cost more upfront than bolt-together kits, but they last 3 to 4 times longer, which makes them cheaper over the life of your facility. Final price depends on materials (welded wire, tempered glass, stainless), number of runs, door style, and install location. We provide a free quote after a short design conversation, and financing is available through Centra Funding if you'd rather spread it out.

Most Presidio projects ship in about 12 weeks from design approval. That includes the full build in our Round Rock, Texas facility plus quality control before anything leaves the shop. Larger projects or unusual configurations can run a bit longer. We give you a real timeline at the quote stage, so you know ahead of time.

Yes we sure do! We install nationwide. Our crew drives to your site and handles the concierge install from start to finish. You're not stuck hiring a local contractor or trying to figure out how 200 panels fit together. We do the heavy lifting. Texas is home, but we've installed everywhere from California to Florida and most points in between.

Welded kennels are one solid piece. Bolt-together kits are flat panels held in place by hardware. Bolts loosen over time. Joints rattle. Sharp edges appear where there used to be smooth welds. We've walked into 5-year-old bolt-together kennels that look 15 years old. Fully welded kennels stay tight for decades.

Yes, in fact most of our projects are retrofits, not new construction. We measure the existing room, work around columns, HVAC drops, drainage, doorways, and design the system around what's already there. New construction is great when you have it. But existing buildings are what we deal with most of the time, and we've made it work in spaces other manufacturers said couldn't be done, or where gaps have been made and wasted space has been left.
